At Como Silks we try to please our customers at every possible level by providing beautiful Made in Italy silk products.

Love your purchase but it is not exactly what you want? Try gifting it to friend or family member for a special occasion!!

We are happy to replace items like for like of course and have a policy across the board that any item can be returned for any reason if it has not been used at all within one month. (30 days). At the same time it can be just as easy to gift the item to you purchased to a special person on a special occasion and to order something else. Either way we are happy to help with what you wish.

 

NOT RETURNABLE

Items that are returned damaged, soiled, altered or used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with immediate effect.

Items must also not have been washed or dry-cleaned and must be with their original Como Silks packaging complete.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE TIME WINDOW

Items that fall under our eligible returns must be returned or exchanged within 30 days (one month) of the item being shipped regardless if that item was shipped at our Free Standard shipping or Express Courier rate.

 

EXCHANGES

Love your purchase but it is not exactly what you want? We find that people gifting silk items as presents actually can be a great idea.

We're happy to exchange your item for another of course if we have it available in our inventory stock.

Again items that have been worn and used cannot be returned.
